BEGINNER and RETURNING ARTISTS

master copyFor those who have never drawn or painted before, and for the artist who hasn’t painted for years, the HSFA school is the perfect place to bring art back into your life. Our instructors are informative and patient and will bring students along a thoughtfully designed course of study that has shown remarkable results. Whether the work is for a gallery or to hang in one’s home everyone is capable of making beautiful works of art while enjoying the creative process. YOUNG ARTISTS

cilinder Young artists have access to the studio after school and on the weekends with all the privileges and responsibilities of adult members. Young artists can either work on their school projects or start a course of study with HSFA instructors. Students who choose a classical course of study start with the fundamentals, during which they are introduced to classical drawing and painting techniques. Focused on improving observational skills, this program offers students an opportunity to improve quickly, becoming proficient in the skills needed for further artistic growth.
