To reserve a spot in one of HSFA's workshops a $50.00 deposit per workshop is required. As workshops are limited to 10 students - full payment is due two weeks before the workshop starts. You can make reservations by paying a deposit by mail, printing this registration form and sending it together with the check to P.O. Box 163, Sag Harbor, NY 11963.
